Main Club Training Sessions

This plan is a guide to what training is scheduled for club meets. The emphasis is on improvement, variety, interest and fun. This may look intimidating but it is intended to be a balance between pushing the established runners hard and catering for beginners.

Main Club training for the month ahead

There are to be 13 sessions to create a quarterly training cycle that will hopefully coincide with STARC’s main training programme (initially the first programme may need to be re-started to align with STARC programme) and any session lost due to adverse weather conditions, special holidays (Christmas, etc) and conflict with Cornish GP races (Cubert) will not be re-arranged. Fee £3 per session ( this is to pay for the use of the track)

Track Training Schedule 

Run / Walk Group

The run / walk group is for people who are just finding their feet out with running. It takes place every Monday evening at 6:30pm at Tregorrick Rugby Club.

Sunday Runs

On most Sundays, some club members go for a longer run. Please keep an eye on the facebook page for announcements on the next Sunday run.
